Recipe Rice with seafood in a multivark

Ingredients:
  • Seafood - 500 Grams (I used a frozen mixture consisting of shrimps, mussels and squid, you can choose any seafood.)
  • Rice - 300 Grams
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece
  • Onions - 100 Grams
  • Carrots - 100 Grams
  • Garlic - 2 Teeth
  • Olive oil - 3 items. Spoons
  • Salt, spices, herbs - - To taste
  • Tomatoes - 100 Grams
Instructions

Pour a little on a hot frying panVegetable oil and lay out seafood. Fry them until half cooked and put aside. Finely chop garlic and onions. Cut the Bulgarian peppers into small pieces. Tomatoes peel from the skin (you can do this by cutting the skin and dipping for a couple of seconds in boiling water) and cut into cubes. Carrots clean and grate on a large grater. In the cup multivarka pour a little oil and put onions. Select the "Fry" / "Baking" mode and fry the onion until it is transparent. Then add the carrots to the onions and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the Bulgarian pepper and tomatoes to the multivark. Cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes. Add the well washed rice and fried seafood to the multivark, season with salt, add the spices, and then pour the products with water (the water should cover the food by about 2 fingers). Select the "Pilot" mode and set the timer for 1 hour. After the beep, turn off the multivarker. Rice with seafood ready! Spread on plates and steal fresh greens. Bon Appetit!
