Recipe Chocolate hearts

  • Of butter - 220 Grams
  • Light brown sugar - 2 1/2 cups
  • Chocolate - 180 grams (large-sliced)
  • Eggs - 4 pieces
  • Extract of vanilla - 2 teaspoons
  • Flour - 2 Cups
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Sugar powder, confectionery sugar, cocoa powder, for sprinkling - - To taste

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Lubricate the cake pan. In a bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar and chocolate. Put into the microwave for 1 minute, stir. If the chocolate does not soften, continue to put in microwave for 10-second intervals, until the chocolate completely melts. Beat eggs and vanilla with a melted chocolate wooden spoon. Add flour and salt. Pour into prepared form and level out. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool. Turn the cake over the work surface. Cut the heart. Sprinkle at will with cocoa, sugar powder and sugar confectionery.
