Recipe Oatmeal cookies "Traditional"
- Flour - 1 3/4 Cups
- Baking powder - 2 1/2 teaspoons
- Chilled butter - 6 st. Spoons
- Milk - 3/4 Glass
1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Lubricate the pan with oil and set aside. Cut butter into small pieces. In a medium bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Using two forks or knives, mix the butter with the flour mixture until the dough looks like large crumbs. 2. Gradually add the milk, stirring with a fork. 3. Put the resulting dough on a clean, slightly floured surface and gently knead. Gently roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 cm. Using a cookie cutter or round cut, cut 12 pieces of biscuits. 4. Put the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden brown. 5. Lightly cool the cookies and serve warm.
