Oat porridge recipes baked in the oven

Ingredients:
  • Oatmeal - 2 Cups
  • Nuts - 1 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1/3 Cups
  • Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground ginger - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - 1/8 Teaspoons
  • Carnation powder - 1/8 Teaspoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Milk - 2.5 cups
  • Butter - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 piece
Instructions

Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, choppedNuts, salt and spices (cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon). In a separate bowl we mix butter, milk, egg and vanilla essence. Stir the liquid mixture dry. The resultant mixture is transferred to a baking dish, lightly greased with butter. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 175 degrees. We remove the porridge from the oven and put it in portions. In each plate I recommend to pour a little milk or yogurt, and also add a little bananas. Breakfast is ready!
