Banana bread with cinnamon recipe

Ingredients:
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder - 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Soda - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Salt - To taste
  • Melted butter - 4 items. Spoons
  • Buttermilk - 1/3 cup (or 1/2 cup ordinary yogurt)
  • Big egg - 1 piece
  • Large banana, puree - 1 piece (about 1/2 cup)
  • Extract of vanilla - 1 teaspoon
  • Chilled butter - 1 st. Spoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 st. Spoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 3/4 Teaspoons (for the top)
  • Flour - 1 st. Spoon
  • Salt - To taste (for the top)
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the pan with a baking dish. 2. Mash in a bowl of a banana until the consistency of puree, you should get about 1/2 cup. 3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add the melted butter and buttermilk. Add the egg and whisk for 1 minute. 4. Add the banana puree and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly. 5. Put the resulting dough into a prepared bread mold, level the surface with a rubber spatula. 6. To make a sprinkle for the top, mix chopped butter with flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. 7. Sprinkle the mixture with the top of the bread. Bake bread in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, until the toothpick inserted in the center will not come out clean. 8. Allow to cool in a grate form for 10 minutes. Cut the bread into slices and serve.
