Recipe for Casserol from sweet potatoes with marshmallows
- Sweet potatoes (about 8 pcs.), Peeled and sliced - 1300 grams

- Ground nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- Mini marshmallow or chopped marshmallow - 2 Cups
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put the sweet potatoes in a large saucepan and pour cold water, salt well. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain the water. Cook over medium heat, stirring until the liquid evaporates, about 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, add milk, butter and nutmeg. Beat until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Put the mixture in a baking dish. Top with marshmallow. Bake until the marshmallow is slightly brown in color, from 15 to 20 minutes.
