Instructions

1. To make a chocolate dough, whisk butter and sugar in a bowl and at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Add the milk and vanilla extract and whip. Add the flour and salt, beaten. Stir with chocolate chips. Form small balls from the dough, using 1.5 tablespoons of dough for each ball. Lay the balls on a baking sheet, lined with parchment, and put on the night in the freezer. 2. To make the vanilla dough, heat the oven to 175 degrees. Fill the form for the capcases with paper inserts. In a bowl mixer beat the butter with sugar at medium speed, about 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition. Mix the flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and whip at low speed, alternating with the addition of milk. Start and finish by adding flour mixture. Stir with vanilla extract. Put 3 tablespoons of dough into paper in the form, filling them with 2/3. 3. Top with one frozen chocolate ball. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees 16-18 minutes. 4. To make the cream, beat the mixer with butter and brown sugar in a bowl at medium speed. Beat with sugar powder, salt, milk and vanilla extract. Decorate the ready-made capkee with cream and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
