Winter salad is a real treasure trove of vitamins andUseful substances. One small portion of this salad is a real vitamin bomb, which contains a daily rate of almost all vitamins needed by the body. So in winter, when vitamins are especially lacking us, a winter salad is what the doctor prescribed. How to prepare a winter salad: 1. Boil beets and carrots until cooked. 2. Rub beets, carrots, celery stalk and ginger root on a medium grater. 3. Finely chop the garlic, basil, cilantro and mix everything together. 4. Mix all the prepared ingredients, as well as lettuce and finely chopped tomatoes. Ready to mix carefully salad into portions, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve to the table. Bon Appetit!
