Recipe Bread with Italian filling

Ingredients:
  • Dough - 1 piece (for 1 large loaf)
  • Italian cheese - 1/3 Cup
  • Turkey - 225 Grams (thinly sliced)
  • Swiss cheese - 8 Slices
  • Sauerkraut - 2 glasses (without liquid)
  • Egg white - 1 piece (beat)
  • Cumin - 2 st. Spoons
Instructions

Roll the dough into a 12x16 inch rectangle. Cover the base with a plastic wrap and leave for 10-15 minutes. Remove the film. Make a 4 inch fill hole in the center of the workpiece. Fill the bread with stuffing and wrap the dough with a "basket". Lay the bread on the baking sheet. Cover the baking surface with beaten egg whites. Bake in a heated oven at 180 C for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
