Basmati's recipe with vegetables and seafood

  • Basmati Rice - 200 Grams

We take a large frying pan or a cauldron, calcine it with olive oil. In the hot oil we put the vegetables with vegetables, fry them in a quick fire for 3-5 minutes. When vegetables are softened a bit, we reduce the fire to medium, add peas in a frying pan. Cover with a lid and stew until the peas become quite soft (like canned). Add spices (salt, pepper, nutmeg). Now add to the vegetables frozen seafood, stir and simmer on medium heat for 10-12 minutes. In parallel, we will cook until basmati is ready. Ready seafood is mixed in a frying pan with rice and warmed for a couple of minutes over low heat. We serve immediately. Bon Appetit!
