Recipe for Stewed cabbage with sausages

  • Sausages - 3-4 pieces
  • Cabbage (caban) - 1 Piece
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Tomato paste - 2 items. Spoons
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Vegetable oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Salt - - To taste

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil, throw a finely chopped onion, fry over medium heat until golden. Add sausage slices and fry together with onions for 5-8 minutes, stirring. Cabbage shred and add to sausages and onions. Extinguish cabbage with sausages and onions over medium heat for about 15 minutes, not forgetting to stir occasionally. Tomato paste is bred in water and added to the dish. Continue to simmer until the cabbage is soft (more precisely, until you decide that it is soft enough - after all, the softness of cabbage is relative). A couple of minutes before the end of cooking, you need to salt the dish. We remove the prepared dish from the fire and immediately serve it. Bon Appetit! :)
