Recipe Crackers with cheddar cheese

  • Flour - 2 Cups
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground white pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Dry mustard - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Chilled butter - 3/4 Teaspoons
  • Grated cheese Cheddar - 1/2 cup
  • Cold water - 6 Art. Spoons

In a bowl, stir the flour, salt, white pepper andMustard. Grind the oil with a fork until the mixture looks like a coarse crumb. Add the cheddar cheese. Add water one tablespoon until the dough sticks together. Make a ball out of the test, wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Cover the baking tray with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle. The dough should be about 1/8 inch thick. Cut into strips. Lay the strips on a prepared baking tray about 1 inch apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven. To cool.
