  • Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Garlic - 2 Teeth
  • Sugar - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Coriander - 1 Art. Spoon (dry or fresh)
  • Soy sauce - 1 st. a spoon
  • Chili, salt - - To taste

The skewers are soaked in water for about 30 minutes. Chicken fillet cut into long strips. Then chicken fillets string on skewers accordion. And we put it into the marinade, which is prepared from: vegetable oil, sugar, coriander, soy sauce, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper. Cover the whole thing with a film and remove the marinade in the refrigerator for 2 hours. After the meat is marinated, we heat the oven to 200 degrees. The shish kebab is placed in a convenient form for baking and cook for about 20 minutes. The shish kebab should turn out to be a beautiful golden color. Do not forget to turn the skewers once.
