Recipe for Angel Cake

  • Flour - 3 Cups
  • Sugar - 1 3/4 Glass
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Of egg whites - 5.5 Pieces
  • Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Almonds - 1 teaspoon

1. Beat egg whites until they become white, and will not form firm peaks when you lift the mixer. Only then add soda, vanillin and almonds. 2. At least 5 times sift flour, sugar and salt together to form a homogeneous mixture of dry ingredients. 3. Gently mix the whipped whites and flour, and then pour the resulting dough onto a dry round baking dish measuring about 25 cm in diameter. The shape with the bottom is best suited. 4. Place the cake in a cold oven. Now turn it on and heat up to 165 degrees Celsius. Bake the cake for about 1 hour until the top of the cake turns golden brown. 5. When the cake is slightly cool, carefully remove it from the mold, cut into 12 equal portions, each put on a separate plate, decorate with whipped cream and forest berries.
