  • Cabbage - 800 Grams
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Butter - 70 Grams
  • Semolina - 4 Art. Spoons

  • Sour cream - 150 grams
  • Salt - 1 piece (to taste)

Finely chop the cabbage. Fill the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the pieces of butter. Next, put the cabbage in a saucepan and simmer under the lid for 7 minutes. Then add semolina. Mix well so that lumps do not form. Cover the lid for 10 minutes. The ready-to-weight mass must be salted, stirred, allowed to cool, divided into cutlets, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried in vegetable oil from both sides to a golden crust.
