To do this, you need to prepare a bright sauce and add a couple of accents in the form of capers and olives. Again, no one limits your imagination. Add everything you find fit: champignons, greens, sweet peppers, seafood and even artichokes. The tone in the vegetarian pizza is set by spices: oregano, rosemary, thyme. Want to add a mixture of Provençal or Italian herbs. It is not necessary to refuse all spices. In this case, the pizza will lose its special taste. And, of course, garlic. We took a young garlic and did not restrain ourselves in its quantity. The aroma that appears when mixing tomatoes and garlic is incredible. It is interesting that in every country there is a tradition of cooking pizza. In the US, for example, every state has its own recipe for this dish. But in India pizza is as sharp as all other traditional dishes. And this is not surprising, because pizza is loved, practically, in every country, therefore, each nation seeks to give it all the best, in the culinary sense of the word.

Ingredients:
  • Pizza dough 400g
  • Cherry tomatoes 10 pcs.
  • Zucchini 150g
  • Black olives with a bone 50 g
  • Capers 25 g
  • Olive oil 50 ml
  • Salt 1 tsp.
  • Tomatoes 500 g
  • Garlic 5 denticles
  • Pepper black ground 4 pinch
  • Rosemary dry 0.5 tsp.
  • Oregano dry 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
  • Step 1 For lean pizza, take: pizza dough, cherry tomatoes, olives, capers, small zucchini. For sauce: 4 large tomatoes, garlic, spices, olive oil, salt.
  • Step 2 On the tomatoes make a cross-cut, cut with boiling water and peel.
  • Step 3 Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  • Step 4 Peel the garlic and chop it roughly.
  • Step 5 Add 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil to the frying pan and heat. Then add the garlic and spices. Fry for 1 minute.
  • Step 6 Then add the tomatoes, pepper, salt, cover and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
  • Step 7 Remove the tomato sauce from the fire and allow it to cool.
  • Step 8 Zucchini cut into thin strips, sprinkle with olive oil, add salt, pepper and mix. Set aside.
  • Step 9 Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
  • Step 10 Dough to distribute in the form (it is more convenient to do it by hands). In several places, pierce with a fork.
  • Step 11 Pour the tomato sauce into the mold.
  • Step 12 Add the olives by removing the bones from them. Then distribute the capers in shape, lightly pressing them into the dough.
  • Step 13 In the form put half of cherry tomatoes and pickled zucchini. Pizza bake at 180 ° C for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Step 14 Ready pizza to serve immediately.
