Raspberry cocktail with herbs
- Fresh raspberries - 750 Grams
- Sugar - 1-2 Art. Spoons
- Large sprigs of fresh mint and basil, plus for decoration - 6 pieces
- Vodka - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice (about 3 tablespoons) - 1 Piece
- White wine - 750 milliliters
Set aside 16 berries for raspberry decoration. The rest of the berries, sugar, mint and basil put in a large bowl. Add vodka, lemon juice and wine. Pour the mixture through a sieve into the jug by pressing on the berries and herbs to squeeze more juice. Pour the drink over the glass. Decorate each with two raspberry berries and sprigs of mint and basil. Serve a cocktail with ice.
