Let's start with the preparation of the cream. For the cream, we mix the melted white chocolate (you can melt it even in a microwave oven) with condensed milk. We also add cream cheese here, mix well. Task number two is to make a biscuit. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for about 10 minutes. The formula of the mixture will increase by a factor of three, pour in the flour and starch. The resulting mixture is put into a baking dish and baked for 30 minutes at 190 degrees. Now we prepare the jam. Gelatin is bred in a glass of cold water. In 100 ml melt a glass of sugar, that is - we prepare sugar syrup. Then add the swollen gelatin and sliced ​​fruit into the syrup. Cook for about 15 minutes until the desired consistency, then remove from heat and allow to cool. Biscuit cut into cakes.
