Burgers Recipe with Beef and Cheese

  • Ground beef - 1.3 Kilogram
  • Worcestershire sauce - 3 Art. Spoons
  • Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
  • Cheese with mold - 120 grams
  • Buns for hamburgers - 8 pieces
  • Spinach - 2 cups
  • Fleshy tomatoes - 2 pieces

Heat the grill to a high temperature. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper. Divide into 8 equal parts, forming cutlets. Cut the cheese into 8 equal slices. Make a small groove in the center of each of the 8 pieces of minced meat. Put the cheese in the groove, wrap the beef and tie the edges. Lightly grease the grille with oil. Put the mince on the grill. Fry for 4 to 6 minutes on one side. Turn over to the other side and fry for another 4 to 6 minutes. Before serving, lay out spinach, chicken cutlet, mushrooms (if they are used) on a half of each bun, dividing them equally. Lubricate with red pepper sauce and cover with a second half of bun.
