Chevapchichi Recipe

  • Minced meat or beef - 500 Grams
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 2-3 teeth
  • Mixture of peppers - - To taste
  • Salt and pepper - To taste
  • Soda - 1/3 Teaspoon

Ingredients. Mince again scroll in the meat grinder, with it we scroll onions and garlic. We add spices, salt, pepper, soda to the resulting minced meat. We mix it well. Now - a little Serbian cunning. We make the following device: cut the neck of the plastic bottle and attach to it a plastic bag with the minced meat we cooked. Then squeeze through the neck of these sausages of minced meat. In the original, Chevapchichi should be fried on open fire, however we just fry our sausages in a frying pan with a little oil. Fry literally 2-3 minutes on medium-high heat. Bon Appetit! :)
