Lubricate butter with sugar, addSour cream and flour mixed with soda. Mix the whole mixture very well and quickly knead the dough. Ready dough rolled in the form of a loaf 5-6 cm thick and cut into 6 parts. Now each part is rolled into a flat cake and placed on a greased baking sheet. The oven should be heated to 240-250 degrees. At this temperature, bake cakes for 10-15 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick. Ready cakes are leveled, and the cuttings are crushed into a crumb. For cream, beat the sour cream with the sugar into the foam. At the very end of whipping, add berry syrup. We apply cream with cream and stack on top of each other, do not forget to grease the sides. We sprinkle the finished cake with crumbs and decorate the berries.
