Teschin's tongue recipe

  • Eggplant - 1 Piece (large)
  • Tomato - 1 Piece
  • Mayonnaise - 1-2 Art. Spoons
  • Garlic - 2-3 teeth
  • Fresh greens - - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - - To taste
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

Eggplant is good to wash, cut the stalk andCut along thin slices. Pieces of salt properly on both sides and leave for 20 minutes, until they let the juice. Then blot each slice with a paper towel. Next, each slice of eggplant fry from two sides to a golden crust and put on a paper towel. Eggplants cool, then on each slice, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise, squeeze out the garlic, pepper (do not need to salt) and put a piece of tomato. Collapse the roll.
