Zucchini sauce

  • Courgettes - 300 Grams
  • Garlic - 2 Teeth
  • Onions - 1 Piece
  • Sour cream - 100 Grams

Method of cooking sauce from zucchini: 1.) Wash and peel zucchini. Peel off the seeds and cut the marrows in small cubes. Put in a frying pan for a slow fire. 2.) Peel onion and cut as small as possible. Add to the squash in the pan. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. 3.) Then put onions and zucchini in a deep bowl and crush with a blender. Then add salt, pepper, add sour cream, garlic, greens and beat again with a blender. Done! Zucchini sauce can be served to any dish - meat or vegetable. This sauce (if you make it more dense - adding there, for example, dried mushrooms, olives, bread) you can spread on bread and serve as a snack. Good luck!
