First we prepare the milk sauce. Pass the flour on the oil until the smell of the nut. Slightly cool, dilute warm milk to a homogeneous consistency, salt. Boil the whole mixture for 5-7 minutes on a small fire. We take bread. We remove from it crusts, cut the flesh into pieces 4 by 6 cm and fry in oil until golden brown. You can just dry the bread in the toaster. Eggs cook "in a bag" (egg-poached) without shell. To do this, add salt and vinegar to the water, bring it to a boil and, after slightly spinning the water to form a funnel, we pour in the eggs. We cook for 3-3.5 minutes. They will be slightly flattened with fringe on the edges. Ugly edges cropped. Grate the cheese on the grater. We put the oven warm up to 230 degrees. In the frying pan stack the ready-made pieces of bread, on them a boiled egg and pour the milk sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs and bake in the oven 10-12 minutes before crusting.
