Boil the apricots on medium heat, then cool andRemove the stone. Then pass the apricot through the meat grinder, add sugar and mix well. Leave to insist. In warm water, dissolve the yeast. Add sugar, stir to dissolve it and add flour. Stir the dough and let it go up a bit. Next, add a pinch of salt, olive oil and add as much flour, so that the dough ceases to stick to your hands. The dough is divided into two different parts (one larger, one smaller). A large piece of dough rolled into a round layer and put in a greased baking dish. On the basis, evenly lay out the entire stuffing and lay on it a smaller circle around the diameter. The edges of the circles are connected and tied. Pear the cake with milk and send it to a preheated oven to 190 degrees until cooked.
