Recipe Baked buns with tuna and cheese

  • Tuna 150 grams
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup
  • Red bell pepper - 1/4 cup
  • Green bulgarian pepper - 1 piece
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • Cucumbers - 6 Pieces (salted)
  • Mayonnaise - 1/3 Cup
  • Mustard - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Salt and pepper - - To taste
  • Cucumber pickle - - To taste
  • English rolls - 6 pieces
  • Cheese - 12 Slices

1. Finely chop the red onions, bell peppers and boiled eggs. Slice the cucumbers. Mix tuna with chopped onions, bell peppers, eggs and cucumbers. 2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, a little cucumber brine and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add seasoning if necessary. Make sure you do not overeat salad. 3. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cut English buns in half. Spread half the English rolls on a large baking tray. 4. Spoon the cooked salad with tuna on each half of the bun and lightly press down with a spoon. 5. Put the baking tray in the oven for 5 minutes, then take out the baking sheet and put a slice of cheese on each bun. Return the baking tray to the oven and bake the buns until cooked until the cheese melts and starts to bubble. Remove the buns from the oven, allow to cool slightly and immediately serve.
