Ingredients:
  • Wheat - 1/2 cup (Bulgur)
  • Warm water - 2 Cups
  • Parsley - 3 Cups
  • Mint - 1/2 cup
  • Green onions - 1/4 cup
  • Bulb - 1/4 Pieces
  • Tomatoes - 3 Pieces
  • Olive oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 piece (from 1/2 lemon)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
Instructions

Soak Bulgur in 2 glasses of water and give it to him.Stand for 1 - 1.5 hours. Rinse the greens. Finely chop the green onions, parsley and onion. Cut the tomatoes and place in a bowl with greens and bulgur. Add the butter and squeeze out the juice from 1/2 lemon. Salt and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
