Cream Tube Recipe
- Puff pastry (sheets) - 4 Pieces
- Cold cream from a can - 225 Grams
- Cream Cheese - 110 Grams
- Sugar - 3 Art. Spoons
- Lemon juice - 2 items. Spoons
- Condensed milk - 1/4 Cups
Puff pastry is rolled out and a special knife forPizza cut into 30 strips (as in the photo). Each strip is wound on a special cone for the preparation of such tubes. Spread our tubes on a baking tray, lightly oiled with butter. Bake for 12 minutes at 200 degrees. We take out the cones, leaving only the tubes themselves. Let them cool down. Now we prepare the cream, which we will fill the tubes. To do this, you first need to beat the cream cheese with sugar. Then add lemon juice and cream to the cream. A little more whisk. It remains to fill our tubes with cream. If you do not have a special confectionery gun, you can simply shift the cream into a plastic bag, make a small hole in it and squeeze it. Sprinkle with powdered sugar - and you can serve. Done!
