  • Fresh herring - 1 Kilogram

  • Table vinegar - 80 milliliters
  • Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
  • Pepper fragrant - 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper red ground - 2 Teaspoons

  • Tomato paste - 1 Art. a spoon

First of all, we prepare the marinade. To do this, mix the vegetable oil with tomato paste and bring to a boil. Then mix with vinegar and mix well. We leave to cool down. Now the onions are onions, by the way, in this dish it turns out almost tastier than the fish, so I put a lot of onions :) All onions are cleaned and cut into large, rather thick rings. Add our spices to the marinade. If you want, you can use other spices, but if you cook for the first time - better trust my advice and add what is indicated in the recipe. Now the most time-consuming - we deal with herring. We remove all bones, cut off the gills, etc. - We need only herring fillets. BUT! We do not remove the skin of herring. If you delete - as a result of the marinovki the fish will soften and lose shape. Therefore, we make herring fillets with skin and cut into small pieces. We spread onions and herring in a marinade. Well mixed, cover with a lid - and under the load. We put in the refrigerator. After 2-3 hours, the herring in Korean can be taken from the refrigerator and eat, but I prefer to leave it for the night - then it turns out even tastier. Eating - as you like.
