Recipe of Verryna with persimmon and mozzarella "New Year's miracle"
- Persimmon - 150 Grams (sweet, but not overripe)
- Mozzarella - 40 Grams
- Pomegranate - 1 st. Spoon
- Romantic salad - 1 piece (leaf)
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 drops
- Olive oil - 1 Art. a spoon
- Mandarin - 0.5 Pieces (sweet and sour)
- Basil - 1 pinch (dried or Italian herbs)
- Cayenne pepper - 1 Pinch (ground, very small)
- Black pepper - 1 Pinch (ground, to taste)
- Salt - 1-2 Pinch (to taste)
Romance salad tear in small pieces. Persimmon cut into small cubes. Snack can be prepared in two versions: laying the ingredients in layers or in random order. For verryne laid out in layers: the first layer-persimmon second layer-salad romano third layer-persimmon, the fourth layer of mozzarella, cut into small cubes. The fifth layer is persimmon.
