Recipe for Pesto di Nochi

Ingredients:
  • Basil - 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • Walnuts - 1/3 Glass (chopped)
  • Grated pecorino - 1/4 cup
  • Grated Parmesan - 1/4 Cups
  • Sun dried tomatoes in oil - 2 pieces (cut)
  • Garlic - 2 teeth
  • Salt and pepper - - To taste
Instructions

Mix and grind in a food processor: basil, olive oil, walnuts, pecorino, parmesan cheese, tomatoes and garlic. Season the Pesto di Nochi sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
