Recipe for Al Patra

Potato rolls Alu Patra is a traditionalIndian dish. Or rather - potato rolls with spices, sesame and coconut chips, fried until golden brown. Perfectly combined with tomato sauce chutney, as well as with sour cream. Spices can be added any that you prefer, but in my opinion the best combination is ginger, turmeric and curry (in addition, turmeric gives a beautiful yellow color). Perhaps you will be surprised that the filling is combined, at first glance, not combined products - potatoes, coconut chips and sugar, but in the prepared dish everything turns out very harmoniously and mutually complementary.
