Recipe for Raw gazpacho

  • Large tomatoes - 5 pieces
  • Tomato juice or pasta - 3 cups
  • Red onion - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 3 Teeth
  • Cucumber - 2 pieces
  • Vinegar - 2 Teaspoons
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste

First chaotic small pieces narezhemTomatoes. Load the chopped tomatoes into the blender bowl or processor. With cucumbers peel. Half a cucumber finely chopped, the remaining half of the cucumber while leaving. We clean and cut into small pieces a red onion. Shredded onions and cucumbers, as well as peeled garlic cloves, put in a bowl of blender to tomatoes. Then add to the vegetables about a half cup of tomato juice (if using a paste, lightly dilute it with water). Grind all contents of the blender bowl until uniform. We do not need an ideally smooth mass - even if it contains the seeds from tomatoes, it's okay. The main thing is a liquid consistency and absence of large pieces of vegetables. We pour the contents of the blender bowl into a separate container. We also add the remaining tomato juice, vinegar (as far as I know, vinegar does not contradict raw food regulations), salt and pepper. You can serve immediately, adding to the plate a little finely chopped cucumber and red onion. Bon Appetit!
