Ingredients:
  • Butter - 50 Grams
  • Confectionery sugar - 1 glass
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
  • Flour - 3/4 Glass
  • Baking powder for baking - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
  • Walnuts - 1/2 cup
  • For cream: butter - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Sugar - 1/4 Glass
  • Milk - 2 items. Spoons

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees Celsius, grease the baking tray. 2. In a three-dimensional bowl, mix 50 grams of butter and 1 cup of sugar until the mass is uniform. Separately, beat the egg with vanillin and pour the mixture into the oil mass. 3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt to a common bowl, stir and add the finely ground nuts. The finished dough should be poured evenly on a prepared baking sheet and baked for 25-30 minutes until the cake begins to move away from the edges of the baking tray. 4. Before further decorating the cakes completely cool. Prepare a cream of 2 tablespoons oil, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons milk. To do this, in a small saucepan on low heat to melt all the ingredients, bring the mass to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the cream from the fire and beat with 1 glass of sugar. The resulting cream is evenly applied to the cake and cut into 12 equal portions.
