Recipe Crispy Fish Sticks
- Large egg whites - 4 pieces
- Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
- Fillet tilapia without skin - 450 grams (cut into strips)
- Yellow Corn Flour - 1 Cup
- Flour - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a large bowl, beat egg whites, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, add the fish and mix. In another large bowl, mix the corn flour and flour, season with salt and pepper. Dip the fish into the egg mixture, allowing the excess to drain off, and then roll in the flour mixture. In a large frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Fry fish sticks in several batches until golden brown, from 4 to 6 minutes, turning over once. If the fish quickly turns brown, reduce the heat. Put the finished fish on a baking tray and keep in the oven to keep warm. Serve fish sticks with ketchup.
