Recipe Mushrooms from potatoes
- Small potatoes - 1 Kilogram
- Vegetable oil for frying - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 piece (to taste)
Wash the potatoes with a brush. In the saucepan boil the water, add salt. Pour in the potatoes and cook until done. Let the potatoes cool down. Make a circular incision from one top, marking the future mushroom head. Then cut the leg. In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil. Fry in it mushrooms in small portions until golden brown. Can be served to the table.
