  • Starch - 100 Grams (filling)

1. To make a dough, add sugar and vanilla to the butter. Good grind. In the sifted flour, break the egg, put the grinded butter and baking powder. Knead the dough. You will not get a cool soft dough. Shape the cake with oil. In the form put the dough and knead on the bottom and walls, to get the skirts. 2. Prepare the filling. Eggs break and separate the proteins from the yolks. Sugar rub with yolks. Add the cottage cheese and mix well. Add starch to the filling and mix. Proteins with a pinch of salt beaten with a mixer. Put the squirrels into curd and mix gently. 3. Ready curd filling to put in the dough and level. 4. In the blueberry add one tablespoon of sugar and beat in a blender. Leave some berries for decoration. In the form with curd filling on top put blueberries. Oven to warm up to 180 degrees. The cake is baked for about an hour. When the cake is baked, you can sprinkle it with sugar powder and decorate with berries.
