Raspberry sorbet recipe for beginners
- Raspberries - 4 Glasses
- Milk - 2 glasses
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Lemon juice - 3/2 Art. Spoons
1. Treat berries, wash, remove tails. For this recipe, a crushed berry perfectly suits - the taste of this will not worsen. If you use frozen berries, do not defrost them. 2. Using a food processor, mash with berries, milk and sugar. Beat the mixture until completely homogeneous. 3. Try to catch seeds from the berry mass, if you want to make a perfectly delicate sherbet. 4. Squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the common berry mass. 5. Put the berry mass in the bowl of your ice cream maker and let it freeze (it will take 40 minutes or more). The resulting sherbet is delicious in itself, moreover, it is an ingredient of many soft drinks and cocktails, so very soon you will have to cook another portion or two of this sorbet.
