Recipe: Summer sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • Greens - 200 Grams (coriander, parsley, dill, leaf salad)
  • Garlic - 2 Teeth
  • Cheese - 100 Grams
  • Yogurt - 50 milliliters
  • Tomato - 1 Piece
  • Cucumber - 1 piece
  • Ham - 50 Grams
Instructions

We thoroughly wash the greens of sand and litter. Greenery (except for lettuce) and chop garlic finely. Mix the greens and garlic, there we rub the cheese. We mix this whole thing with yogurt (it is possible with mayonnaise, but it will be much fatter). Bread is dried in a frying pan or in a toaster. We spread the resulting cheese mass onto the dried bread. Actually, at this stage, the preparation of sandwiches can be finished, but ... ... but we'll lay out even thin slices of ham, sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers - everything that you like and with what you cook ordinary sandwiches.
