Ingredients:
  • Butter - 175 Grams
  • Sugar powder - 175 Grams
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Cumin - 3 Teaspoons
  • Flour - 225 Grams
  • Sol - 1 Pinch
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground almonds - 1 Art. a spoon
  • Milk - 1 st. a spoon
Instructions

Whip the powdered sugar with butter untilLush mass. Continuing to whisk, one by one we add to our mixture all three eggs. Add the seeds of cumin to the mixture. Carefully sift into the mixture flour, baking powder and salt. Add the ground almonds and pour in the milk. Mix to homogeneity. We put into a baking dish, lightly greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. We bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
