1. First of all we will sift the flour. Take a large bowl and sprinkle the sifted flour there. From the top make a small groove and add in it beforehand softened to room temperature butter, a few spoons of rum, sugar, salt, eggs and sour cream. 2. You need to quickly knead the dough, put it in a bag or wrap it in a food film and put it in the refrigerator for thirty or forty minutes. In the rum, soak for about an hour, washed raisins (you can do it in advance). 3. We will fill the filling: with sugar and eggs mix cottage cheese, here we add raisins together with rum. We mix everything thoroughly. 4. About half a centimeter, roll out the cold dough and cut the mugs according to the sizes of the cheeses to be prepared. Then you need to poke the edges of the circles. 5. Now we will prepare a pan, lay it with parchment for baking and lay out the dough on it. We impose a curd filling. Lubricate the curd surface with an egg mixture. 6. For about fifteen to twenty minutes we send our cheesecakes to a heated oven. The temperature should be one hundred and ninety degrees.
