Recipe Cakes Magic Flute

  • Orange - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 350 Grams (150 for dough, 200 for cream)
  • Eggs - 8 pieces (5 for dough, 3 for cream)

Cook an orange without removing the peel. The flesh of the boiled orange and the peel is rubbed on a small grater or let through a meat grinder. Add the water and 1/3 of the indicated amount of sugar to the resulting orange mixture. We cook for 25-30 minutes before mass thickening. We rub the cooled mixture of it with yolks 5-6 eggs and sugar. Whisk yolks alternately. Whisk into strong whites. Add biscuits, flour, nuts. All carefully add to the orange-egg mixture and mix. Fill the ready-made test with curly molds. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. We bake cakes for 25-30 minutes. Cooking cream for layering and finishing cakes. Egg yolks are ground with sugar and white. Add 1 cup of strong freshly brewed coffee. Heat the mixture over a low heat. Cook, stirring, until thick. After removing from heat, whisk the mixture until cooled. Add the grated oil and mix until smooth. We put the cream in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Smeared with cold cream cakes in the middle and top. We decorate with nut crumbs. Bon Appetit!
