Recipe Hummus with lemon and garlic

  • Garlic - 1-3 pieces
  • Olive oil - 2 items. Spoons
  • White sesame seeds - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Tahini - 2 Art. Spoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 items. Spoons
  • Bank (450 g) of mutton pea - 1 piece
  • Orange peel - 1 st. a spoon
  • Salt and white pepper - - To taste
  • Lemon peel - 1 1/2 Art. Spoons

Lightly fry the sesame seeds in a frying pan. Put aside about 1 tablespoon of peas. In a blender, mix garlic, olive oil, sesame seeds, tahini, lemon juice and mutton peas. Add the necessary amount of reserved liquid from the can from the mutton pea until the hummus reaches the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Put the mixture in a medium bowl. Decorate the middle with reserved peas. Sprinkle with orange and lemon peel around the peas. Cover and store in the refrigerator before serving.
