Zucchini stewed

  • Squash - 1 Kilogram
  • Vegetable oil - 40 Milliliters
  • Carrots - 300 Grams
  • Salt, pepper - - To taste
  • Parsley - 10 Grams
  • Dill - 10 Grams

Wash the courgette. If the zucchini is young - we cut it into squares directly with the skin, if the old one - then remove the peel, and then cut it into small blocks. Carrots are cleaned and rubbed on a large grater. In a frying pan warm up the vegetable oil, throw there zucchini and carrots. Salt, pepper and simmer under a closed lid on low heat for 25-30 minutes. A few minutes before the readiness to add finely chopped greens, stir, and stew for a couple of minutes. Done!
