1. First of all, if the udder is frozen, it must be taken out of the freezer and allowed to defrost it. Then, in running cold water, we thoroughly wash it. With a sharp knife, cut the udder into pieces, thoroughly rinse again (there is a peculiar smell). We discuss, add to the frying pan a drop of vegetable oil and fry the udder. 2.
