Recipe for Easter with candied fruits

  • Cottage cheese - 1 Kilogram
  • Sugar - 200 Grams
  • Eggs - 5 pieces
  • Butter - 200 Grams
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Cream - 400 milliliters (10-20%)
  • Nuts - 100 Grams (to taste)
  • Raisins - 100 Grams (rinse and dry)
  • Candied fruits - 100 Grams

Grind the cottage cheese grind it through a sieve. Soften the butter (with a fork or spoon), add and mix. Whisk eggs with vanilla and plain sugar. Pour in the cream, mix well. Place the mixture on medium heat, bring to a boil and cook (about three minutes) until the mass becomes gummy. Remove from heat and slightly cool. Chop the nuts. And candied fruits (if they are too big). Add cottage cheese raisins, nuts, candied fruits and mix, so that the ingredients are distributed evenly. Pour in a mixture of eggs and cream. Stir. Lay gauze (5 layers) in the shape so that the edges hang. And pour in the mixture. Wrap the edges. And put in a bowl to drain the whey. Place a load on top and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
