Recipe Salad with chicken, spinach and cheese

Ingredients:
  • Olive oil - 4 items. Spoons (dressing)
  • Onions - 1/4 Cups (dressing)
  • Garlic - 2 teeth (dressing)
  • Balsamic vinegar - 4 Art. Spoons (dressing)
  • Brown sugar - 1 st. Spoon (dressing)
  • Fried bacon - 3 st. Spoons (dressing)
  • Liquid from artichokes - To taste (dressing)
  • Spinach leaves - 360 grams
  • Boiled chicken breasts - 4 pieces
  • Pitted olives - 1 Glass
  • Feta cheese - 120 grams
  • Bank artichokes - 1 piece (420 g)
Instructions

1. Prepare the gas station. Finely chop the onions. Grind the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Put onions and garlic in a frying pan and fry for 5-6 minutes until they become soft. 2. Add brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, finely chopped bacon slices and liquid from artichoke cans. Prepare the dressing over low heat for 15 minutes. 3. Cut the boiled chicken breasts into cubes. Slice the olives into rings. Slice Feta cheese into cubes. 4. Divide the leaves of spinach equally between the four plates. Spread over the spinach an equal number of chicken breasts, artichokes, olives and Feta cheese. 5. Pour the salad with cooked warm dressing and immediately serve.
