Celery has long been considered a very useful vegetableAnd eating it is recommended for many diseases. And healthy people, it does not hurt - it rejuvenates and cleanses our body. If you do not like celery, then you have not cooked it properly. Take another chance :) I tell you how to make soup-puree from celery: 1. Clean and cut the onions. Garlic cloves are cleaned and finely chopped. 2. Lightly fry onion and garlic in butter. It is convenient to do this immediately in a saucepan, in which we will cook the soup. 3. Clean the celery root and potatoes. Mine and cut into small cubes. 4. Add potatoes and celery to onions and garlic and fry for a couple of minutes. 5. Fill with water and salt. Cook until ready. 6. We remove the finished vegetables from the fire, add cream, pepper and whisk with a blender. If the soup turns dense - add either boiled water or cream. I recommend to serve the soup immediately, while it is hot. Sprinkle with herbs and serve him croutons. Bon Appetit!
