  • Cabbage head - 1 piece

Cut large cubes of cabbage. Cut the beets into thin slices. Finely chop the celery and onions. Finely chop the garlic. Lay the layers of beet and cabbage. Cover with celery, garlic and pepper. Then pour boiling brine. Approximately 1 tbsp. Spoon of vinegar per 1 liter of water. Attention! Vegetables should be completely covered with liquid. Put a jar of cabbage in a warm place and leave for a couple of days. Do not long store such cabbage.
