Turkey shish kebab Recipe

  • Turkey fillet - 600 Grams

Cooking vegetables: Chop pepper from seeds and cut, garlic clean, green onion just to thoroughly wash and dry. We put vegetables in a bowl of a blender, we add there a soy sauce and vinegar. Beat thoroughly until a uniform consistency is formed. To taste, we add chili pepper - we like an acute marinade, so we add a teaspoon of ground. Once again, mix thoroughly. The turkey fillet is cleaned of veins and cut into portions for shish kebabs - cubes about 4 cm side. Take the bag, put the meat there and fill it with the marinade. Tightly wrap the bag and leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours - the meat should be properly marinated. Pickled meat is taken from the refrigerator and threaded on skewers. We put them on the heated frying pan. Fry in a grill until cooked from all sides. The meat should turn out to be tender, fried, not raw.
